EMBROIDERY

Our goal is to provide you with excellent service at a fair price. We unconditionally guarantee your satisfaction, and will do whatever it takes to earn your trust. We do make mistakes, but will do whatever is necessary to correct the error.

We believe customer service is the most important part of your relationship with Gail Evans Embroidery Services. We strive to provide excellent service through timely response to your inquiries, a true desire to work with you to accomplish your goals and honesty in all our dealings.

REQUEST FOR QUOTE

We will be happy to provide a quote for your embroidery job. Just email or fax your design along with project and contact information. We will contact you about your quote by email, fax or phone. Please include your telephone number so we can contact you in case we have any questions about your requirements.

ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION

Delivery of your order is usually 2-3 weeks. If this is a first order for the particular design, you will receive a stitched sample within a week, and your order will be processed after approval of the sample.

If you need your items by a certain date, please let us know, and every effort will be made to accommodate your request. We will estimate shipping time so we can determine what is needed to meet your deadline. Rush service is available for an extra charge, and shipping by FedEx can be arranged if needed.

QUANTITIES AND PRICING

There are no minimum quantities on flat garments.
Caps have a 12-piece minimum order and must be ordered in multiples of 12.
Quantity breaks for pricing are at 12, 24, 48, 96, 144, 288 and 576 pieces.
Your embroidery may include up to nine different colors at no additional charge.

SHIPPING

Our standard shipping methods are FedEx Ground and US Priority Mail.

Shipping is charged to you at actual cost. All shipments are insured at their replacement value.

Shipping time ranges from one to five business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping by FedEx is available for an additional charge. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice, or you can give us your FedEx account number and we can charge the shipping to you.

EMBROIDERY GUIDELINES

A typical left chest design has a maximum dimension of 3.5” to 4.0”. Of course exceptions are made when a design does not fit this guideline. The size is adjusted accordingly, and sometimes is dictated by the size of the smallest lettering in the design. Sometimes a design will have to be modified to be suitable for the embroidery process. We work closely with you to determine what will be an acceptable modification.

While some size modifications can be made to designs in order to embroider on different garments, designs are not easily converted from left chest or cap logos to jacket back size. These generally will need to be digitized for the proper placement, and additional charges will apply.

The smallest text we can embroider and maintain quality is .25” (6mm) high. We do have a 4mm block alphabet we can use when necessary in limited applications.

CAPS – The maximum height for a cap design is 2.25” high (less for visors and some unstructured caps).

COLOR MATCHING

If we have color artwork of your design, we will use the colors to match thread for your embroidery. If you have particular Pantone (PMS) colors that need to be matched, please furnish them and we will match the thread to them.

NOTES ABOUT CUSTOMER FURNISHED GARMENTS:

We cannot be held responsible for supplier errors, incorrect sizes or colors, or shortages if we do not supply the garments to you. We also reserve the right to determine if a customer-supplied item is suitable for embroidery.
